The Hotel has a variety of function zones on the first floor. The Karma Bar, Verandah Bar can be divided into several areas while Margot's Lounge is perfect for more intimate events.

Each of these zones is spectacular with bold and beautiful colours and furnishings and striking artworks. The sandstone walls of the original building provide a brilliant contrast as the backdrop to the ultra-modern service area.

The Karma Bar overlooks the John Street Square and across to the old Pyrmont Public School bell tower.

Each room is fitted with the latest audio and visual equipment allowing music, personalised visual presentations or corporate displays.
