The Hotel has a variety of function zones on the first floor. The Karma Bar can be divided into several areas while Margot's Lounge is perfect for more intimate events. Alternatively, a combination of any or all of the rooms is capable of accommodating much larger functions.

Each of these zones is spectacular with bold and beautiful colours and furnishings and striking artworks. The sandstone walls of the original building provide a brilliant contrast as the backdrop to the ultra-modern service area.

The Karma Bar overlooks the John Street Square and across to the old Pyrmont Public School bell tower.
